Fragrances, colourants and preservatives are commonly used mostly to render cosmetics more pleasant.

However, just their presences in cosmetics, can often lead to sensitivity and skin intolerance, which can subsequently result in the manifestation of an allergic reaction.
This is the reason why none of the VEA product line contains fragrances, preservatives or colourants.
