Just a word of thanks for the excellent service Italy Limousine provided to my family last week.
All three of our guides, over the three days in Florence, Rome and Naples, offered us exceptional assistance - nothing was too much trouble.
They were punctual, superb drivers, communicated well and were very polite.
We give a special mention to Sabino, who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Rome.
All in all your service helped to make our holiday special we would definitely use your company again, and can unconditionally recommend you to our friends.

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your service while we were in Italy. After having to change hotels we were amazed
that you found us before we had a chance to let you know of the change. In addition, the cars were all immaculate, the drivers professional

Hello Josephine,

I wanted to take a minute and let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and how much we appreciate the great care that we received from everyone.
Leno (I'm not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) was great.
He took a lot of personal interest in helping us find Campobasso and talked with people at the town hall for us and really went out of his way to help my wife with her trip there. He is an excellent
professional driver and we felt very comfortable and safe with him.
Guido, (again not sure of spelling) was also great.
Very professional and very caring. Marie did not feel well on our trip from Laverna to Florence and he was very caring and stopped several times for her which was very nice. Again, we felt very comfortable and felt that our comfort and safety were his first concern.
All of the transfers were exceptional and it made the trip a real
pleasure.
I will post some comments on the other web site later this week but I did want to take time today to thank you for your help and let you know how much the professional comfortable travel made the trip a pleasure.
I did already refer one of my colleagues here at work .
She will be in Italy next June.

My husband and I booked a return transfer with Italy Limousine from Naples Train Station to our Hotel in Positano in September 2006. We were most impressed with the prompt and excellent service we received, and we would highly recommend Italy Limousine to anyone travelling to the Amalfi Coast. Overall, Italy Limousine made our trip to Positano very comfortable and hassle free. Thank you.

Many thanks for the excellent services that your company provides. As you know, we booked your services in both Naples and Livorno. In both cases the Drivers (Rino and Michael) were great. Our group, 4 adults, were very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers as well as their flexibility.
We were on a cruise ship (The Carnival Liberty) and in both locations driver and car were right on time and easy to find. They were dockside at the appointed time. Both trips were comfortable, well driven and with drivers with whom we became very comfortable. Good English and well dressed, generally very nice to spend time with.
We would highly recommend your services to any who would ask. Great value for the price paid, in both cases. Thanks you again for your prompt and cooperative scheduling to meet our needs.

Dear Josephine,

We had a wonderful experience with Italy Limousine on June 25, 2006 and encourage other travelers to use your excellent services.
When we arrived in Naples on the Carnival Liberty, your driver, Giuseppe, was waiting for us at the dock. We had hired your service for a tour of Pompeii and then the Amalfi coastline. Giuseppe explained that, because it was Sunday and many residents of Naples would be going to the beach, it was advisable for us to tour the Amalfi coastal towns first and then go to Pompeii. He was SO right, the traffic was starting to get heavy even in early Sunday morning--it would have been a huge mistake to have gone to Pompeii first--we may not have made it to the Amalfi coast if we had gone to Pompeii first.
Guiseppe took us beautiful overlooks along the Amalfi coast, several gorgeous villages for shopping and sight-seeing and a fabulous (and reasonably-priced) restaurant in Ravello. The Mercedes mini-van was very comfortable for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Guiseppe was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. In the afternoon, Guiseppe took us to Pompeii and waited while we toured. After Pompeii, Guiseppe delivered us back to the ship on time.
There is no way that we could have seen as much on our own--and the ship excursions were more expensive AND not nearly as interesting!!
Our experience on Amalfi Coast and Pompeii was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you so much for fabulous service, and a special thank you to Guiseppe.

just a short note to thank you again for all your help in connection with our trip to italy this summer. we used your company to transport our two families from rome to naples, from sorrento to florence and from florence to civitavecchia. we also took a full day trip through the amalfi coast. your prices were very reasonable, your handling of all the arrangements was very professional, and your drivers were prompt and reliable. we are especially thankful to rino, who went out of his way to make our travels smooth and enjoyable. i highly recommend your company to anyone needing limousine services in italy.

I am a U.S. Travel Agent and recently contacted Italy Limousine through a referral by a co-worker. She had wonderful things to say regarding her experience previously booking with them. I too highly agree as the prices were very reasonable and Josephine was wonderful and made the booking simple.
My clients (a family of 6 with 4 children) had a wonderful time during their tour of Rome. The guide was fantastic and the auto was clean. My client was pleased with the safety of the auto as well for the children while touring.

I will continue my partnership with Italy Limousine for years to come.

Before we left on our Med. cruise this May, we made a reservation with Italy Limousine for our land tour of the Amalfi Coast. Having reserved a sedan for 6 which was quite ample and immaculate, we found Reno waiting for us as we left the ship. Reno was an absolute delight. He was not only an excellent driver, but our tour guide as well. He spoke perfect English and truly made our trip a wonderful experience.

We also found Italy Limousine to be the least expensive of all those we researched, and you couldn't ask for a more professional and enjoyable tour.
We certainly felt that Reno met and exceeded our expectations. We had the freedom of stopping where we wanted and deciding on how long we would stay.
unlike the cruise bus tours. We were also able to get into Positano where the cruise bus tours cannot make the hill to this wonderful town, and had lunch at a fabulous restaurant recommended by Reno, . Thank you Josephine and Reno so much. You made our vacation so memorable. Hugs to your precious baby.

We booked Italy Limousine to drive us to and from the airport to our apartment in Rome (for our wedding) and then Naples Airport to Amalfi for our Honeymoon.
We were both very pleased with the service. The driver in Rome had to wait quite a while for us due to our baggage being lost - he was lovely about it. The driver from Amalfi back to Naples Airport was a fountain of knowledge about Naples and the surrounding area - he was great.

I am unsure how to send our comments to Trip Advisor 'Fordors' as I do not have an email address or any other details for them. However I would be more than happy for you to pass on our comments regarding your services.
The service we received from you was first class. It was reassuring to be met both in Naples and Rome by drivers who were not only helpful, polite & friendly, but also knowledgable about their specific area. We will certainly use Italy Limousine again when we next visit Italy.

Dear Josephine,

I would like to take this opportunity to comment on our tour from the port of Naples and the services of Italy Limousine.
Having spent several weeks in Italy on a land tour in 2004 we decided to take a Mediterranean cruise with two other couples this year.
Carolyn Norvelle had used your services last year and recommended that we contact your company.....we certainly were very pleased that we followed her advice.
From the very beginning of our inquiries, you have been most helpful and patient with all of my questions.
Our cruise ship made port in Naples on 12 June and we were scheduled for pick-up at 9:00 AM. Reno was waiting for us as we disembarked. The Mercedes van was very clean and comfortable for the six of us. Our agenda for the day was to visit Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi. Reno had our day planned, but was more than willing to be flexible if we so desired.
He spoke perfect English, was most knowledgeable of the area, very friendly and an excellent driver.
We headed to Sorrento first, with explanations of the area from Reno and stops along the way for photos. After spending time on our own in Sorrento, he was right on time for our pick-up and we proceeded to Positano.
I had seen Positano from the road above on our last trip, but we were unable to get into the town because of the size of the tour bus. Being able to actually spend time in this beautiful town was one of the highlights of our trip. Reno's recommendations for things to see and a wonderful restaurant on the beach for lunch were perfect.
After Positano, we were scheduled to go to Amalfi, but while in route, Reno was notified by phone of an accident on the Amalfi Coast road that was blocking traffic. He was aware of our concern to be back on the ship for our departure and came up with an alternate plan for the rest of our day.
I would certainly recommend the services of Italy Limousine to anyone traveling in Italy. The personal service and prices (much more reasonable than comparable tours through the cruise lines) make the services of your company something that should be considered by those visiting Italy by ship.
Our tour was a wonderful experience to share with our friends.

Dear Josephine,
We arrived home on Friday with some wonderful memories of all of
Europe, especially Rome with Gianni as our guide and wonderful Angelo on the Amalfi Coast.
They were so warm and friendly we could almost believe that we had known them forever. It was such a wonderful experience for all of us.
Mom said she wishes she knew just how beautiful the countryside was she wouldn't have waited so long to go with us.
I hope we will have the need for your services again.

Our tour from the cruise ship dock in Naples to Pompei and the Amalfi coast on 1 June 2006 was lovely. We came off the ship 5-10 minutes early and Rino was right there waiting for us. Besides being an excellent driver, he was a wonderful tour guide and speaks excellent English. The Mercedes van was exactly as pictured on your website and very comfortable.
