We recently returned from Italy and wanted to share our experience.
From our initial booking to our actual excursion the service we received was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this company. In fact, I have telling everyone I know about the personalized service we received. Especially from Josephine, from booking our car to recommending restaurants, Josephine provided wonderful service and advice. This is one of the best car service companies I have used. Our drivers, Giovanni and Reno were friendly, knowledgeable, well mannered, well dressed and we felt safe, making the whole experience so relaxing and the only way to travel from place to place. The vehicles are immaculate and new and the prices were reasonable.
If my family and I ever have the pleasure to travel to Italy again, I would absolutely book my excursions through Italy Limousine.

Your service was wonderful. My husband and I had a spectacular tour in Rome with Reno. He is quite a gentleman. We appreciate everything you and Reno did to make our stay memorable. We are home now and want to thank you for the good service we received from your company. We had beautiful weather for both our tours. Mario was a very safe driver for the Amalfi Coast trip. He took us to a nice place for lunch with wonderful food and a a nice family atmosphere. Great value too. We had Carlo in Rome for our transfer, Ostia Antica and the Rome/Vatican day. He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about all the sights we were seeing. That certainly added to our trip. Thanks again for your prompt responses to all our questions.

Dear Josephine,
Italy car service was very good! I'd be happy to recommend you. We were met on arrival as promised. Smartly dressed and very nice driver, Mario, (and suitable modern taxi).
What was particularly good was that when we arrived at our destination the landlord from whom we were renting the property had been delayed and so wasn't there to meet us. Rather than just leaving us (myself, wife and three young children) outside the property by ourselves and in a strange city, Mario waited with us until the landlord arrived; that was a very nice thing to do.
I would use your service on every visit to Naples!

I want to take a moment to thank you for all your help with our transportation needs in Italy. Giovanni was very professional, courteous, well groomed, and most importantly punctual. Such a nice pleasant young man. It was so nice to get picked up at the FCO airport in Rome and not have to worry about anything after a day of flight travel. However, we did not realize or know about the summer traffic entering Sorrento which made it a very long ride.
Then the day to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello were wonderful. No worries about directions and parking with Giovanni. Not to mention I did not worry about Giovanni driving off of a cliff.
Please tell him thank you for us. I know that my husband and father-in-law dashed quickly as they had caught a "gut" bug the day before.

In response to your request for information regarding "Italy" tours with Josephine.
I am happy to report that not only is Josephine a wonderful person to do business with her staff are also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
We started using Josphine's company 3 years ago for our group cruise to "Europe" sailing out of Barcelona, Spain. She organized transportation for us in Rome, Naples, as well as Pisa, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. She also arranged the transportation for our stop in Monaco, Monte Carlo through another company that she does business with. That also was a great experience for our group.
Josephine also arranged for our group to have private English speaking guides at each of our tour stops. (the guides were extremely professional and knowledgeable as well).
We are travelling back to Italy "Venice" for a group cruise in May and she will be arranging for our group to have a sightseeing tour of Venice as well as arrange transportation to and from the cruise ship to the hotels and airports for about 60-70 of our cruise passengers after the cruise.
In conclusion i would highly reccomend Josephine as well as her company to anyone who truly wants to experience Italy and wants to be taken care of.

have no hesitation in recommending Josephine’s company to you.
We were introduced to them by a friend some 9 years ago and have used them every time we have returned to Sorrento which has been at least once a year since then.
We use their services both for airport transfers and tours. There are normally 4 of us but I have organised family trips of up to 8 people and each time Josephine has supplied the correct type of vehicle for the purpose.
The vehicles are always comfortable, exceptionally clean inside and out and obviously well maintained.
The drivers are always smart, pleasant and courteous with a very good knowledge of the area and are always able to make the trip interesting.
I have recommended them to other friends and they have always reported back of their satisfaction with the service.
If you do decide to use them I know you will not be disappointed

We just returned from Italy yesterday and I felt compelled to share our experiences and highly recommend this company. This is one of the best car service companies I have ever used in any country. Josephine is very responsive and wonderful in handling the bookings. The vehicles are immaculate and new. The drivers are well mannered, impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable. And they are safe drivers, making the whole experience so relaxing and the only way to travel from place to place. Our driver Mario drove us to Sorrento from Rome and then back a few days later; he was wonderful and we felt like we had known him for years! And on top of it, the prices were extremely reasonable. Rest assured that if you book your ride or tour through this company that you will not have to worry about anything but enjoying your vacation!

SO SORRY THAT IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO TELL YOU HOW TERRIFIC YOUR COMPANY IS...I USED YOUR CAR IN ROME, FLORENCE, AND SORRENTO JULY 2007 AND WAS VERY HAPPY...I JUST RECOMMENDED SOME PEOPLE CALL YOU ..THEY ARE GOING IN MAY ON OCEAN CRUISES AND NEED A DRIVER.. well I am back in leeds... thanks for your patience Lucia you where so good with us and all those emails you responded with such cordiality and honesty my husband and myself and the rest of the family send you and Giovanni and Mario a big hug and I sent a message on cruise critic only yesterday, I hope it went through I am not an expert on these review sites... it only seems like yesterday we where so lucky to have great weather for the 30th of march on costa cruise, the half day that we where there your drivers really made it possible for us to see as much as we could in the 6 hours

The group enjoyed all and your suggestion about doing pompeii and Herculaneum was a blessing, Giovanni and Mario where excellent and took very good care of us oldies.

I have wanted to write to you every day since we returned from our cruise, but I have been very busy with work and our holidays. I finally had a few moments, so here I go. I am not sure I could express to you what a fantastic time we had on all out trips. Your drivers and guides were superb!
Our first day was in Cinque Terre. To say this part of the country is beautiful would be a gross understatement. This has to be what heaven looks like. We had a great day with Rosa, exploring the tiny villages and had an awesome lunch. Rosa was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable, and really tried her best to show us as much as she could in such a short period of time.
Our next trip was to Rome. Gilberto and Alessandro were our drivers. This trip was the crowd favorite! Gilberto and Alessandro took us to so many places of interest and gave us so much information. We all commented on how much knowledge about Rome, its history and people they seem to possess. They told us they love Rome and they love their jobs. And you could really tell they do. They treated us like very special guests and with enthusiasm to show us all we could see in one day.
Finally, we went to Naples, and the Amalfi coast. Giovanni and Nello were our drivers. Unfortunately it rained that day, but these two gentlemen made sure we saw the best and most beautiful sights there were to see. We didn't get to go Pompeii because it was pouring rain. But that is ok ,because it a reason to come back again to this breathtaking part of the country.
And a very special thanks to you Josephine. All of your suggestions and arrangements were excellent. You are very good at what you do. You made our vacation a very memorable one. Thank you for the dvd about your company. I will pass it on to anyone I know who is coming to Italy. And of course, I don't think we could ever come back to Italy without contactiong you. I would not want to see the country with anyone else! Phenomenal job!

WE ARE BACK HOME IN GEORGIA AND I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT YOU AND YOUR DRIVERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US ON OUR TRIP. THE DRIVERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. (WE HAD MARCO IN ROME AND JOHN LUCCA IN SORRENTO.) YOUR CARS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
I REALLY APPRECIATE THE ASSISTANCE YOU GAVE US EVERYTIME I CALLED OR EMAILED.

Josephine,

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your service. We had two incredible excursions with your company. Our first to Pompeii, Sorento and the Amalfi coast and the other to Rome.
Nello was our driver for the first excursion and he was absolutely terrific. He was very knowledgeable with our destinations, he explained things well, and was an excellent driver. I was worried that some of my family might get motion sickness on the Amalfi coast portion of the trip but, Nello was very conscientious about that and we had no problems. The six in our group were all comfortable in the Mercedes Van and we have some tall people in our group too.
I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of our driver in Rome, I want to say Andicello, but, I don't think that is correct. He was extremely familiar with all of the Rome sights and gave us a lot of insights.
We saw everything and more in the time that we had and he was incredible.
It was great to be dropped off so close to the sights and just meet up with him when we were done. We didn't feel like herded cattle like some of the bus tours that I heard about on our cruise.
We did a couple of excursions with our Cruise ship. While we enjoyed them, however, we would have much preferred going with you. There was really no comparison. If there is a website where you would like me to post my comments, I would be glad to do so. Please use this email for any positive use that you want.
I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I come in contact with.
Be sure to thank our drivers.
This trip was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Thanks for making it a fantastically memorable trip.
