The Miramare Residence Hotel uses Your credit card only as a guarantee for booking and never draws any money.

Our system uses the authentication system Comodo Secure which allows an absolutely safe booking.

The rates include a delicious buffet breakfast, wi-fi and air conditioning.

The rates do not include Parking (Euro 15,00 per day), City Tax (Euro 1,50 per adult per day) and cleaning of the kitchenette if used.

To reserve the room we will need your credit card details as a guarantee. 

The reservation can be cancelled without penalty if made before 12:00pm one week prior to the expected arrival date. 
In the case of cancellation after this time our policy is as follows:

• Your account will be charged for the first night of the stay for cancellations made after 12:00 pm one week prior to the expected arrival date, 
• for the first 2 nights of the stay for cancellations made after 12:00 pm three days prior to the expected arrival date,
• the entire amount of the stay in the event of a  “No-Show” and for cancellations made the day of the expected arrival date.
